Is it normal that my cat chases his tail?

Overly normal

Every cat I've ever met has liked to chase their own tail. Some do it more than others, and kittens do it all the time. I call it the "cat crazies", if they don't hunt then they get these bursts of energy that mimic hunting behaviour, and they want to chase and pounce on everything.

my male cat buddy is obsessed with his tail! he will attack it so badly that he has mad it bleed all over before.

My cat chews on its tail, and hes pretty normal, so I would say its normal.
