My cat plays fetch. I'll throw a little bouncy ball and she'll chase it then put it right back in my hand. My dog however, has no idea how to play fetch, and to be frank, he is scared of any kind of ball. It seems as if my cat and dog have switched behaviors. Is it normal for my cat to play fetch and my dog doesn't know how?
Some breeds of felines have dog-like traits. If your cat isn't any one of those breeds, than the behaviour is uncommon.
And some cats like baths. each pet is different. one of my cats trips EVERY TIME she's walking, even though there's nothing in her way.she is extremely active and curious despite being half blind and deaf. my other cat however, can parkours around the house but is normally very lazy, all she wants is to petted to sleep. i don't know what normal cat behavior is anymore.
That's normal. Cats like playing in general, and certain dogs are either lazy or scared of small things like balls.
