Whenever I get out of the shower I always find my cat sitting on the counter, and then she starts meowing at me. I don't really know why she does it, does she think I'm going to drown or something?
I am not sure why they do it, but mine always wait for me outside the door while I am showering too. I think maybe because they want your attention in the morning because you have been ignoring them (sleeping) for the past few hours and some cats are high maintenance.
haha yeah my kitten does the same thing but she scratches on the glass door as a game for me to scratch back at her too. she also likes to go into the shower after i get out. cats are weird lol
I've known three cats that do this. Looking through a cat's eyes, you're going somewhere secret (behind a shower curtain), your appearance is different (you are naked), there's a strange noise while it's happening, and you come out smelling different. There's quite a lot in there to be curious about.
Mine is very curious about the shower, she always wait for me to go out and then she gets in and chill in there

My cats do this just about every morning. I hear them meowing while I'm in the shower w/ the door closed...funny!
my cat used to like to lick the water off my feet after getting out of the shower, cats also love running water because it is fresher
it wants to be picked up so it can get fur on your wet body. then it winks at itself in the mirror. awright;)
i've had cats who liked walking around the edge of the tub looking at the water (baths) and liked watching it go down the drain.
Mine is attracted to the running water, she sits on the side of the shower and hits the water dripping from the curtain with her paws. She tries to touch my feet if they're close to the curtain too lol
