I've had a few cats in the past but not one that wants to bite me all the time! Whenever I pat him any where but his head he bites an nips me. He's only young and in good health. IIN?
Normal. Either he is being playful or he is pissed you are touching him.
My cats "nip" at me sometimes, & I read online (several sources) that it is a way they show affection. Weird, I know, but I believe it. Mine do it all the time and they are very friendly. If your cat is truly biting you (enough to hurt) you may want to talk to your vet.
This is normal. Baby cats a very playful. However don't allow it to continue and tell him NO when he does it. Otherwise the behavior will continue into the adult years. I don't mean its bad to play but don't let them bite you. Give them a toy to attack or get them some cat toys.
They do bite, but not as often as they scratch you. When I was little, I had a cat, and sometimes she scratched me. Once she bit my dad.
mine is a year old and can be the biggest lover ever. Then at times I will pet him and BAM he scratches and/or bites at me. I don't get it. It's frustrating and painful but I think pretty normal. They are just moody.
