Is it normal that my cats like to sleep here?

So my cats like to sleep in my shoe boxes and it really doesn't bother me usually. I just want to know if it's normal for a cat to sleep in boxes, pans, and/ or bowls.

    Cat's sleep anywhere, even sinks! Although I don't think that's a good idea, especially if there's a white cat in a white sink and someone goes to wash their hands..

        There are strays that live around my house, and whenever I put out boxes to recycle or anything like that, they fill with cats.

    My cat sleeps on the stove when it's on. So yeah it's normal.

    Cats love small tight spaces. Boxes, closets, under the desk. The box our groceries came in last week was left empty on the table for about 5 minutes before my cat climbed in and started grooming herself.

    Cats love boxes. They make them feel safe like nothing can sneak up on them. Cats are dumb though because boxes are open on the top and you can grab them and pet them.
