Is it normal that my cats meow at this?

There is a tiny bathroom at my house, so tiny that you can reach the sink from sitting on the toilet. We have a paneled door that you cannot see through. Any time I am in it and have the door shut and they are outside of it, they meow and seem to really want in. They don't meow when I close myself into other rooms without them being in it, but when I close myself into the tiny bathroom, they meow.

    Awww, my exes cat used to love to be in the bathroom with her. She'd sit on the sink or on the toilet while my ex showered. Cats seem to like bathrooms for some reason.

    Ha! My cat meows when i go to the basement. She`ll put her paws under the door and meow like crazy. But only when im there any other time she ignored it

    Seems quite normal. I have learnt cats quite like bathrooms. Mine join me in the shower and often sit on my lap when I'm on the loo.

        i believe its because they can't see you and they just want to be around you all day, if they are like my cats mine cry and wine when i leave the room that they are in then when i come back in the room their fine and not crying.

    The bathroom is my cat's favorite room in the house. He doesn't always meow at the door, sometime he just sticks his paws under the door to try an open it.

        Cats are quirky. My fuzzy also likes to play in the bathroom sink, but never the kitchen sink. They're cats, they sometimes do weird things.
