Is it normal that my cousin's dog wants to lick my crotch?

Whenever the dog sees me he runs up to me and tries to lick my crotch. He puts his mouth right there and sticks his tounge out. I dont like it and i try to push him away but no matter how hard i push he wont give up. Its like he really wants to lick it. I dont put anything there like peanut butter or anything And i dont know why he would want to do that.

    maybe your friend lets his dog lick him down there and now the dog is so used to it he just wants to lick crotches idk but thats weird.
