I'm 23 with a one inch erect dick, when not erect it's even smaller. it's pretty embarrassing to ask in person so i'm asking on here. my doctor says it's just how i am and any penis enlargers and pills like that would not be recommended as they are unhealthy.

    Sounds like you have a micropenis (medical term). It is, by definition, not normal. You should ask you physician about hormone therapy and surgery. That is, if it bothers you to such an extent.
