Is it normal that my dog chases after reflections from lights?!

He's a Springer Spaniel. He chases the little lights that reflect off doors, windows, whatever. If you get out a camera he'll look around excitedly and wait for a flash. same with phones. And he stares at candles. And chases the reflection of light from his dog collar.

    I'm assuming you mean the super generic style that you constantly see on dA, in which case I totally know your feel.

    Well, since their chromatic acuity is significantly less than humans' they dont see as much color as us. And the brightness from the flash and light reflection catches their eyes alot more than just.. your couch or.. a dog toy.

    My friend has a stupid a** golden retriever that chases a flashlight on the wall or floor.Also looks and barks at something we cannot see. Maybe they could be the real ghost hunters.
