Is it normal that my dog has a red stomach?

Ok so I own a dog named Casey,she never bites nor hurts people. Casey had heart worms but is fine now. She also has never had a litter of pupies because of a shot we gave her. Casey also nips at her stomach sometimes but thats probely because of flees or something. Is it normal for Casey to have a red stomach?

    If it's not fleas, she might be allergic to something, perhaps her food or bedding/carpeting. I know that might sound silly but I have several friends whose dogs can't eat certain dog foods or go play in fields because they have sensitive skin or allergies. Definitely take her to the vet.

    If it has flees you better do something about it also if its not you better get it checked becourse its not normal...
