Is it normal that my facebook is fucking up

It won't let me click on my notifications and is only showing about 5 things on my home page and when i click more stories nothing happens. Also if I click 'view more comments' or whatever it does nothing. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have been getting similar issues with my facebook. Nothing specific, just acting funny and not selecting the things I click. I haven't been on in a couple of weeks, just because this bugs me.
