Is it normal that my friend poops in public?

A friend of mine always seems to hold in his poop before he finds a decent spot to release (Mostly in public places) Is this type of behavior normal or does it branch off in to some type of fetish role? Also, my friend never seems to have toilet paper on him which worries me because after he is done pooping in public he does not wipe his anus. I don't care about people's personal hygiene habits but I drive him around everywhere and I fear that his unwiped fecal matter around the anal region might leak through his pants and end up on my car seats. I don't own any animals so I would not be able to explain to family and friends why there is poo stains all over the seats. I have also noticed him picking up random receipts in my car to be used as toilet paper. I am also very paranoid about this as well because I don't want someone reporting a big pile of shit next to a poo-stained credit card receipt with all my information on it....=/ (__*__)
