    1. Hair falling out.
My hair started falling out when I was suffering from extreme stress. Depression will do it, too. If you feel like this could be causing your hair loss, I urge you to see a doctor and get a referral to a therapist.
    2. Hair going grey.
This can also be stress. Fortunately, dying your hair will completely solve the problem. It's what everyone does. If you're male, don't worry. Lots of guys dye their hair when they see grey appearing. Whether you're male or female, if you have brown hair, you can do it yourself at home. Wear gloves. If you have blonde hair, do not attempt to do dye hair blonde yourself. This should only be done by a professional. (You will then need to do regular protein treatments to ensure that your dyed blonde hair doesn't dry out.) Dying should be done every 6 weeks. If you have dark hair, you can do it at home more often. When doing it yourself after the first time, try to dye only the regrowth. No need to dye the rest; it's already dyed. Dying incurs hair shaft damage so do not dye unnecessarily.
    3. Wrinkles.
Cleanse (use a non-foaming cleanser such as a cleansing milk), use a toner (alcohol free) after cleansing and then moisturise after the toner has dried. Do this morning and night every day. use an eye cream at night. An eye mask is an additional option. Always wear sunscreen when you are in any amount of sun. Get Botox if you can afford to have it every 3 months for the rest of your life. Forget it otherwise. (Who knows? Maybe you're a rich 18 year old).
You have your genes and your environment. There is definitely a genetic element here. There is nothing you can do about your genes so just forget about it; it is out of your control. But your environment is within your control. If you do all these things, you will be OK. Confidence is so important. You must do everything to ensure that you don't lose your vital mojo. You're 18 so therefore, by definition, you are gorgeous. Years from now you will look back and realise that what I'm saying is true.

brushing your hair too much will make your hair wither, because its either too hard or too much, and don't dry your hair viciously. Take care of it.

I've met 2 people that were already going grey at that age, but I haven't heard of the hair falling out and wrinkles before.

I loose a fair amount of hairs daily and I wondered if it was normal. I've come to the conclusion that it is. Apparently it's normal to lose up to 100 from our heads every day. As for going grey, some people go grey earlier than others - just one of those things. Have you considered taking any vitamin suppliments? Biotin is supposed to be good for hair and nail strength. Try taking a multi-vitamin too - they're not too expensive and will give your body a daily vitamin boost. Stress can have all sorts of effects on the body too, so look at your stress levels. Also, be sure to moisturise daily - there's a lot to be said for that. Finally, ageing is happening to us all, it's part of life.

You could have Dyskeratosis Congenita. Symptoms are early aging. It affects males three times more than females.

  • I'm 19 and I'm slowly starting to go salt-and-pepper. Graying at an early age is normal. Getting wrinkles and LOSING hair is not. I'd advise seeing a doctor.

When I was 14, there was a guy at school who was already totally grey. It didn't look too bad because his hair was still thick. It made him look distinguished. But I've never seen that kind of prem greyness on females. It could be that they immediately start dyeing it so you're never gonna see it.
