Is it normal that my hamsters feet are always cold?

Title says it all really. I've had my hamster Charlie for about 2 weeks, and I've noticed that his feet are always cold. Who else has a hamster like this? :S

    I've had quite a few rats and their feet were cold too. So I'm guessing it is normal for most rodents.
