Is it normal that my joints are creaking?

Very often my joints are creaking and when its completely silent you can hear them creaking, im not worried about my health im just curious if its normal or not

    I lived in a house when I was a kid that used to creak when the wind blew. Is that the same?

    Try taking glucosamine chondroitin supplements as well as omega 3 oils like krill oil.
