Is it normal that my long turns me on?

I have mid back length hair. Ever since I grew it out long, I found having long hair was a turn on for me. The longer it has gotten, the more it excites me to brush or style it. Do any other guys or even women have this feeling?

    My hair has presently grown past my butt, it's very inconvenient, and the only reason I haven't gotten it cut is that I'm afraid of getting a bad haircut.

    I love long hair. It is pretty but I can't imagine the maintenance is great.
