    He may just be one of those overly friendly people. It could also be more predatory in nature. You say "flirting with you BACK", implying that you are flirting with him as well. Any type of flirting on either side is totally inappropriate and very unprofessional on his part! I suggest you stop your end of the situation, and keep an eye on his behavior towards you. If it gets more frequent or more direct, you need to tell someone. A parent, the principal.... someone. Just make sure your accusations are founded. You do not want to falsely accuse anyone.
