Is it normal that my penis shrunk 3.5 inches?

I haven't had an erection in about a month and a half. Today, I had one. It's usually about 8 inches, this time it was 4.5! What?!?!? How do I fix this?

        Why? In your case anyway, it's never been used for anything more than peeing, and you can make up for that shortcoming by sitting down to pee, as I'm sure you've already figured out.
