Is it normal that my penis skin sometimes is uneven?

Is it normal that my penis skin sometimes is uneven, it sometimes happens at random or after I masturbate, it kind of goes back a bit on the left side of the head and exposes more of it, it kind of feels uncomfortable and wrong and sometimes when I walk I can feel my underwear interfere with it, it just looks wrongish, has this happened to anyone else? sorry if this is disgusting or graphic but I'm just a tad worried and seeking answers, any answers or potential help would be greatly appreciated... thanks all
