Is it normal that my poodle humps everything single thing he see's?

Okay. My poodle humps everything whether its living ( like our legs or anything that has a pulse), or nonliving ( like a stuffed animal, or a pillow). I mean wtf? Whenever we get him a stuffed animal ( medium sized, he prefers), he purposefully bites a hole into it and starts humping away. Then when its not satisfying enough he bites it and shakes it around with his head (sounds abusive right?). Whenever we have any guest over he runs and humps their legs, and when Im laying on the couch he jumps up and starts humping my thigh. Then he bites me because I push him away. I think I may have a rapist doggie.

That dog is just really badly trained.
Humping is normal, and so is destroying toys (Especially with a smaller poodle - you didn't specify what of the 3 sizes you have) but humping is something which needs to be controlled.

You're dog will do it for two main reasons: they use humping to assert their status in the family - literally screwing over all the others and saying they're in charge.
And because they like it and they may be going through that change. If you're dog is quite young and not fixed get them done, it will cut down on this behaviour.
If they are older and this is a new thing, then take them to the vet, because sudden changes like that can be indicators to something being wrong.

If it isn't a new behaviour, or just a teenage dog, then it's a training problem. You're dog doesn't know it's a bad behaviour because you never bothered to train it, and if they are snapping at you it needs to be dealt with and soon. Take the dog to a professional.
