I sleep with my sister in the same room, she wakes up every day at the same time (6 am) to poop and she has been doing this for like 3 years !! I mean why exactly at 6 ?
Maybe she isn't pooping. Maybe she's just locking herself in the bathroom and using a portable telepod to take a quick trip to her home planet, and spend countless hours hanging out and having fun with her own species. But by the time she gets back to Earth only a few Earth minutes have passed because of the radio time frequency differency. Or maybe she just has a shit cycle. I don't know, dude.

It's better for your sister's body if she doesn't hold all that stuff in.
I could think of a couple reasons and not to offend you or any of your family but she could have specific mental conditions such as autism (unlikely but might do), could have OCD there are multitudes of explanations, these 2 are drastic reasons but I like to inform correctly, all I can ask is does she seem to do anything else at a specific time? For example anything that seems out of ordinary for yourself such as stand in a particular place at a particular time, check things at specific times to make sure they are all there etc. Hope I helped a bit?
Pretty normal. It becomes not only her habit but also her nervous system adapt to that.
Son your sister is in a heap of trouble. You best get her to an MD ASAP. How long has been pooping for? See if you can shove a rectum safe item in her anus until you can get to a doctor to stop the pooping. Are you sure your sister is a female? If she is actually your brother than pooing will make sense.

I voted not normal only because it's not normal to wake up every day including weekends at 6 AM.
That is pretty early to wake up, but maybe she has her times and it just turned out to be at 6:00am
Maybe so she doesn't have to take little poops beforehand. She just takes one big poop during the day
