Is it normal that my sleep/eating is like this?

Normally when I get home from work, I eat a lot. Now, I can go for like, 5 hours with no appetite, and lately I've been sleeping from like 1 in the morning to like 12:30 in the afternoon. The rest of the time, I'm usually at work, and I don't really eat there either. Except maybe a little bit, which really isn't enough. And all around me there's food, because I work in a cafe. I just don't have the appetite anymore.

It's really weird, because I was never like that. And this all just started happening within the last 2 or 3 months. I feel like the schedule I used to have myself on, is all whacked out, and I can't get it back.

I used to go into bed at like 10, and wake up at around 8ish in the morning, and on day's when I had early classes I would get up at like 6. I think that's sort of a reasonable hour. I mean, at least it's still in the morning. But now, I can't go into bed until like 1, and it takes me forever to fall asleep, but once I do, I could sleep my life away. Then when I wake up, I'm never hungry. And sometimes if I do get the appetite it's at the craziest hours. One night I was in my living room eating pizza at like 2 in the morning. What's up with me? I think I have a habit I can't get out of.

    Try getting back into your old routine and when u go to bed read or do relaxation exercises. Eat around the same time each day and just try and have something small even if u don't feel hungry.
    Or u could smoke a bit of weed... That will help u sleep an eat!!

    Try changing your diet and what substances you take in throughout the day such as caffeine, etc.
