Is it normal that my teacher likes me in that way?

Perhaps i'm reading too much into this, but I think my teacher likes me. I'm a girl and he's in his 60s. This is my second year having his class (it's an elective btw) here's some things he's done

1) anytime I eat he stares intensely and licks his lips

2) he tickles me all the time, and may have touched my boob

3) he always moans when he says my name, ig "ohhhh (insert my name here)

4) always calls me beautiful and says I'm his little woman

5) he favors me over everyone else

6) he smiles extremely big anytime he sees me
