Theres this guy who used to be my friend but is now my enemy keeps staring at me in class it really freaks me out
How would you know that he is staring at you unless you are staring at him too?
Quit staring at him. Maybe he does not like being stared at.
the difference between "creepy staring" and "dreamy gazing" depends on how hot the watchée finds the watcher.
If you shave the answers to the math quiz into the hair on the back of your head, guys will stare at you. Advice there for both the people who want to be stared at and those that don't. No more nape-algebra!
If you're in high school just say "hi" to him before class.
it's not like he's going to chop your head off in the middle of class.
Or try this...
1) Sit BEHIND him. That way he'll have to turn around to look at you, which means it'll be obvious. And ... well maybe you'll find out that he's not staring at you after all but looking at the black board or something like that.
2) Don't look back at him. Maybe he thinks you're interested back because you're staring back at him.
3) Talk to the teacher, a parent, or a school official for advice or help

It could be a number of things like he could be attracted to you, but I don't think that's the case. Just be careful and tell someone if he is freaking you out.
Lots of guys are just weird like that. Not all of them, but a good number. I'm sorry!
Same with me! It's really uncomfortable because this guy I used to be friends with does the same! Best advice is just to ignore him and focus on something else.
When he stares at me he does it out the corner of his eye so its like he dosent want me to know and i cant sit behind him cos of seating plans
