Is it normal that my toddler makes her toys kiss/kisses everything

My daughter is 20 months old, and she is constantly making her toys kiss. Sometimes, it's because she sees me and her father kiss. Sometimes, we'll be walking around the mall, and she'll be making her two Wonder Pet toys kiss, repeatedly. Sometimes, she'll come out of her room, pick up a toy, kiss it, and then try to make me kiss it. Is this normal? Is it okay that she seems to have a kissing obsession sometimes, or should I try to discourage it?

Yep I agree with the other comments. It's normal and cute. She really doesn't know what it means.

Oh my goodness, is that all? I used to run around and pretend I was a dinosaur :/ Now, where's my triceratops?

She is at an age where, the things they do, dont really mean anything, too young to really comprehend it. I think your daughter is being a cute normal little child. No worries :)

Normal. She knows kissing shows affection. She's just being a normal loving small child that feels safe and loving and lovable to the people and things around her . Sounds like your doing a good job at being parents .
