Whenever I submit a video to youtube, it never gets more than roughly 50 views. The videos are not bad either, or at least that's what my friends tell me. Does this happen to other people?
Investigate what is the most searched-for thing on Google and call your videos that, regardless of their content.
Girls desperate for a piss or talking about peeing do reasonably well too. Showing the actual deed is even better but if someone flags it it's gone.
Ha! Although it was a while ago, I remember responding to this story and I seem to remember it crossing my mind to mention that the videos should all be called "Naked Megan Fox".
Normal there must be like 1% of youtubers that get like 90% of the views. (that was just a guess btw)
I think a lot of it is luck.
Maybe you can make them a bit more "exciting"... Maybe some videos showing you doing what you're good at would work...
Or do stuff like MarbleHornets, PewDiePie, or any of your favorite YouTubers.
Give them interesting names, tag them!, if you have profiles on other sites, than post a link to your YouTube. I would love to see them:) also, don't be upset. It's hard at first, but eventually you'll get more views.
a couple years i posted a really embarassing video of me and my sister dancing to the macarena... now it has 1000 views and i'm too proud of that to take it off
I post drum videos my first got 160k, second got 60k, then 20k now I can't get over 100. I don't know what the deal is. I think luck has alot to do with it. Check em out and tell me how much I suck lol

I'll tell you the truth. For Youtube, if you want views, you need to have a video that's worth insulting. If you don't, well you won't get the views and comments that insult your video. It's true facts written in the user agreement of the website. Don't look for it, 7854 pages of text.
Make sure you have a good camera. People hate shity video quality. And don't keep talking and talking. Make it funny:) good luck to you!
Controversy is always a good way to get noticed. Show some nudity, violence or racism and homophobia.
Normal. Internet fame uses connections. Try submitting your vids to some tumblr site for attention.
