Doesn't everyone get a goat on there bday? I'm not sure why I've been neglected in such a horrible manner, perhaps it's my poor record of maintaining proper goats.

They probably don't want to get you a goat because they think you'll kill it. OR they are planning on getting you a goat that will kill YOU. They just haven't found the right one yet. Don't worry, you'll get your killer goat.
