Is it normal that sometimes i act out as other people?

Ok, so I love to write and I do it all the time. Three years ago I started writing screenplays and well since then I've been obsessed with acting out as other people, my characters. Usually when I'm laying in bed I find myself thinking non-stop about my characters and their elaborate personalities. I've ended up acting out some or even all of my characters whether they are male or female. I feel really weird and abnormal.

Thats great I also write, its normal, I also do that, for me its a way to make my characters relateable to the reader and to see if he or she can be a real and not a mere fantasy, coz honestly there are some characters in some books who really do not exist, they just sound like a dream chic or dude from a fantasy....:-) its normal

Lol, the exact same here. I too love to write screenplays and novels and I love my characters so much it is as though they are real to me. Some times I like to pretend to be them in real life. Lol, I even got a tip at work before acting like one of my more "sweeter" characters in a play I wrote. I don't think that it's abnormal. It just means you have passion in writing and I personally consider it a blessing :)
