Is it normal that sometimes i get huge boner when working out

So i will do my warm up lifts for squats, bench presses, shoulder press and dead lifs. When im on the middle of my work weight sets( 90-95% 1RM) i would get hard on, and will sort of get a boost in strenght. Sometimes i would for fun add 20 extra pounds to my 1 rep max and would make it. When i not stiff i would only do my current 1RM. I hide it using the upward method. A couple of girls noticed a few times. I was invited to one of their parties this friday. Probly i would get laid by 4 chicks haha. anyway is it normal to get hard ons out of the blue while lifting

    You may be putting additional pressure on the prostate when you do certain lifts. Be careful, being sexually aroused does NOT increase your strength - but it DOES decrease your sensitivity to pain. So you may be lifting more than you should.

    • I didn't knew it could actually be a possible origin for my hard-ons. Well looks like I might be tolerant to some leve of pain, but as you said it might be dangerous due to the side effects. Thanks will consider this
