Is it normal that sometimes i get huge boner when working out
So i will do my warm up lifts for squats, bench presses, shoulder press and dead lifs. When im on the middle of my work weight sets( 90-95% 1RM) i would get hard on, and will sort of get a boost in strenght. Sometimes i would for fun add 20 extra pounds to my 1 rep max and would make it. When i not stiff i would only do my current 1RM. I hide it using the upward method. A couple of girls noticed a few times. I was invited to one of their parties this friday. Probly i would get laid by 4 chicks haha. anyway is it normal to get hard ons out of the blue while lifting
