Is it normal that stubbing my toe left permanent swelling

I stubbed my little toe on concrete while with no shoes or socks last year since then my toe has swelled to be significantly bigger than the other little toe im not sure if this is a cause for concern or if its normal

    You'd hafe thought the swelling would have went away by now...maybe it was broken and didn't heal right?

    i sliced the topa my thumb down to the bone a year and a half ago on a piecea glass and its still numb in that area

    when i hit it just right i get a funny bone pain sensation
