Is it normal that tarot cards "speak" to me?

I bought a pack of tarot cards about twenty years ago and posed a question which they answered. I volunteered around the area to practice and correctly predicted a theft at a store because the owner confirmed it the next week when he saw me. Does this happen to everybody who buys a tarot pack?

    tarot cards are quite powerfull, i use them. they are very accurate to many things, scary accurate my family asks questions to my cards and every time they have been hitting the nail right on the head. not on every thing though. since there are things you just arent supposed to know

    I was walking down the street once and a drunk bum started yelling "death! he signs death! leave! go! go! go!" It freaked me out, he looked very fearful of me.
