Is it normal that this block of ice i found won't melt
So I found this piece of ice, you know, just a normal block of ice that you would find normally. Well, I found this special chunk in a special place. This crazy thing was found on a street corner!
When I found it I was instatnly perplexed, who had placed this ice here? What was gong on? Well, I bent over and looked at this strange boy and realized, it wasn't melting!! It was frozen, but frozen in time.
I picked up the strange ice, it wasn't even cold! No moisture, no coldness. Room temp. Hard and clear. I took it home, put it in the fridge, then out. It was cold now honey! Then i left it to thaw, then room temperature, but still no melt!
So I was very confused now, of course, and so I put it in the microwave. Nothing. Nada. Zoo wee mama.
Dismayed, i Then I put it in the oven. The OVEN! And guess what? NOTHING HAPPENED! The ice chunku wouldn't melt even then!!
So at this point I am confused. I still have the chunk out in the open, it won't melt.
Have I discovered a new form of matter? Is this a god-error? I need some help, don't know what scientists to contact? Thank you
