Is it normal that this makes me angry?

I get really angry when people bash and act hateful towards citizens of other countries for the actions of their government, specifically if their government is dictatorial and repressive. For example, I get mad when people start hating on the North Korean people for what the country's tyrants do. For example, there were people saying how horrible North Koreans are because of the atrocities committed against foreigners by the North Korean government, and they start blaming the North Korean people too. I mean North Koreans are the ones being victimized by their government and they have no say over what their tyrannical government does, yet sometimes I see people bashing the people as well. I find that mind-bogglingly stupid and rage-inducing. I often see the same thing with other countries with totalitarian governments: When their government does something bad, the citizens who have no power over their government's actions get bashed too.

Is it normal to feel angry when I see stuff like that?
