Is it normal that when i feel nervous i hate any sound?

Whenever I'm nervous/scared (Like when I've watched a horror or something) I hate making any noise. The only exeption to this rule is music, when I'm wearing headphones. (Can't have it outloud)

Like really, for example I can't take a bath or shower when I'm nervous, I have to listen to some calming music or somthing to calm me down. Running water from a tap is the worst sound I hate making.

If I'm really nervous I have to take a bath with my headphones on with music playing! Even though warm baths are meant to be calming, they just feel terrible to me when I'm scared.

I feel as if something will hear me, even if I know for sure nothing is there or even if my family/friends are around. (I mean if I'm not in the house alone, talking to someone in the room helps a lot.)

Does anyone else feel like this, am I normal?

I guess it's normal to try to be as quiet as possible when you are scared, so the predators can't hear you ;)

I do the same thing too! And I know a few people that are the same way.
