Is it normal that when i sleep longer i'm more confident?
Whenever I oversleep, I usually wake up really tired, barely able to go to school. Once school actually comes, though, I feel more confident in doing the things that I have to at school.
Whenever I sleep for the amount of time that makes me awake refreshed, which is 5 hours, I still do the things that I have to at school, but I've noticed that I often come home feeling depressed about something as simple as a teacher yelling at me. This never happens when I oversleep.
Now I'm wondering if this is normal? Should I oversleep or should I sleep for the perfect amount of time if it causes me to feel better?
