Is it normal that whenever i wash my hands i have to rinse my face?

Since I was a little boy I always have to clean my face with water when I wash my hands, idk why. I guess it just keeps me feeling fresh? Am I the only one?

    Try not rinsing your face after you wash your hands. If you start to get increasingly anxious, you may have OCD.
