I'm a bit late to my own party, typically. I like the people who make me smile, make me laugh, teach me things, or just make the site a better place to be. In no particular order, we have amazing trolls here. Jweezee, devilla and djpatties; you're NOT doing it wrong. That's a trolling masterclass right there for any budding underbridge dwellers.

Then we've got the smarties who tell me something I don't know (and find interesting). People like wigsplitz, lc1988, NeuroNeptunian, Angel_in_a_Glass_Dress. Special mention to wigsplitz for making me aware of three new things in the space of about 24 hours (that's a high hit-rate), and also to lc1988 (vaginal bacteria, I was genuinely fascinated).

Then there are the cool dudes, the chilled-out, laid back, genuinely nice people like DannyKanes, charli.m, aussiewolf and Captain_Kegstand (special mention to him as he was the first person on the site to extend a friendly welcome to me. Nice guy!) and the people who are wise (joybird and wigsplitz again, from experience it sounds like, but also people like dom180, Allison89, obscurereason, Megid, and Ono, who always have something worthwhile to say).

Then there are the people I find myself noticing because they think like me (disthing, Legion, NoraBaker, Ldizzy1234, sleepingbeauty). Also the people who don't think like me (nobleserpent and ItDuz) but are worth hearing. Then we have a little group of people who make the site better (Saycheese, ...Space_Ghost?, Anime7, lulz, Shackleford96, PumpkinKate, Avant-Garde). I like them all. Special mention to ...Space_Ghost? though, who is becoming everyone's favourite "spirit in the sky". Lights up a room, that one.

Then there are the people who don't really have a category. PapaGee (who scares me a bit. I always think he's going to wrestle me. Some days I kind of hope he would). shuggy-chan (who jumps about the site like Tigger). Faceless (unique talent and a funny, funny man). And Frosties (that dude's got a stripey tail).

There's so many more!! I wish I could name you all!! I enjoy reading what pretty much everyone has to add to the picture!! How else am I going to learn how to conquer the world if I don't know all of your hopes, dreams, fears and weaknesses...(oops, did I say that out loud?) Just kidding....

I really can't name everyone, and I won't try. And I really can't thank everyone individually, but anyone who I've ever had any sort of conversation with I've very much enjoyed talking to, all for different reasons. Many of you have challenged my opinions, have taught me new things, and have made me hone and adjust my opinions accordingly. Learning is one thing I aim to do while I'm here, and I've done a lot of it. Anyone who has ever agreed with me, I thank you too for giving me the confidence to stand my ground. To me, learning doesn't necessarily mean changing what you believe in; it can just mean reenforcing what you thought was true. Either way, you've taught me a lot about life, romantic relationships, friendly relationships, politics, "the system", possible faults in my own personality and attitude... I could go on and on.

Another thing that I think IIN is great for is the obvious one, solving people's problems. Every time I've had a problem, IIN has helped me solve it. Just writing here makes me feel closer to solving my problems. I'm a better person from the advice I've been given here, and more importantly the advice I've received vicariously from other people's stories.

The thing I have to thank our community most for is that it'll always be here. The fact that here is a place where I will always be accepted gives me the confidence to do more than I normally would in my real life, and make me more and more comfortable coming out of my shell. If my real life went down the tubes, as it were, I'd always have the wonderful people at IIN to understand and accept me.

The new people on IIN are great. There was a time when IIN had, for me, lost it's charm when a lot of long-time regulars left, but the new generation of IIN members are really great and I love everyone here. I wish I could give everyone here a big hug, even though some of them would probably stab in the back while they did it! But that's the sort of people you are, and I love it.

I wasn't going to do a list, but here's everyone I remember off the top of my head. I tried to put in people from a long time ago who I still remember, but there'll be some I've forgotten I'll do more if I remember more people; I hope I got all your names, syntaxes and numbers right, I can't apologise enough if I didn't. I find they get longer as we continue because I wrote them all in alphabetical order, but here we go:

alv1592 - been here forever; you're one of those people I've never really talked to but always noticed and liked

Angel_In_A_Glass_ Dress - often gives good advice and good fun, even if I don't agree with half the words you say! You're a bright person

Anime - I still remember you before the numbers after name, and I was genuinely sad when I thought you might've gone forever. You're great to have a talk with

Avante-Garde - you're a really interesting and good person. I always notice the stories you post as interesting, and I can often apply them to myself, which I always a good thing

bananaface - you're not normally here these days, but if you ever read this: you were one of my favourite people even to come here, and one of the few people that if I even knew in real life I'm sure we'd've been great friends. Sometimes I've even thought we might've made more than that. Either way, I'll always remember you as a great person

charlie.m - I've seen you in the Chat often when I've been there, which is really not often enough. We'd get on well I thing, but we've never really talked

Dad - I'm sure you'll never read this, because you were only here for a few short weeks, but I really liked your attitude and your advice. So much so that I still remember you, so you must've done a lot right

dappled - you know how highly I think of you, I don't need to say it again. You're such a genuinely great person, and I know lots of people agree. You'd've loved this story, and when you next come back, as I believe you will, I hope you see it. I've laughed and nearly cried at some of the things you've written

Dazzled - you were smart, and I liked you a lot. I was disappointed you never stuck around

disthing - you're a smart but also laid-back person, I think. We never spoke all that often, but a lot of what you have to say resonates with me

DolphinAngel - I had to add you in at the end, because I forgot you. We've had some illuminating talks

Floydzie - again, we didn't talk much, but I believe you're a good person who has often been wrongly attacked. I like you, and I think most people here would agree with me

flutterhigh/taciturn - I'm still sure you're the same person, but I don't know if you're here in any other form now or not. Very funny, very very intelligent and a good person to debate with on both sides. One of my favourite people while you were here

Frosties - I've pointed out how much I like you before, but I really think you're a great IIN member. The whole package: smart, whimsical sense of humour, not too serious nor too laid-back. I hope you stay here for a long time

lc1988 - you were so welcoming on chat, taking a chance with a new person who could have turned out to be a creeper (and giving me good advice on how to deal with creepers, too). You always crack me up and chatting to you is always great.

shuggy-chan - you're adorably crazy...it's a very good thing :) and sharing weird youtube stuff is endless fun.

DannyKanes - you're unbelievably nice, almost too nice to be real, but you're completely genuine. I'm still waiting for more of your novel btw :)

dom180 - you've always been one of my favourite users, right from the start. You're always intelligent and insightful.

RoyalKnight - and your previous incarnations. I just get a good vibe from you, even though I've barely talked to you.

ItDuz - You're smart and I like how you think, even if I don't always agree with you.

dot123 and buntaboss25k - now that I'm not scared of you both anymore, I enjoy chatting with you both, you're always good value.

Failedcasanova - you're a genuinely nice guy, and easy to talk with. It's fun to share crazy kid stories, too.

NeuroNeptunian - never really been in contact with you on site or chat, but I always love your answers.

taciturn - very deep. I missed the smart arse side of him, though.

Dozis - dozis was fucking crazy! I still haven't worked out if he was genuinely nuts, or just taking the piss, but god I wish I'd saved some of that shit. Of all the laughs from this site, I think dozis' posts were the ones I got the most from. The ones that weren't downright fucked up, that is.

I love this site and think it has become like a group of good friends.

I appreciate every user that is nice, genuine, and posts helpful and enlightening content.

I've been gone quite a while. Just recently came back. I always said thank you to people that have helped me. Some are gone now. :(

Joybird- You seem like a rather fun gal to hang out with. I like the advice you give to the teens, you most certainly are like a mom to me and I'm sure others. You give rather direct and mature advice. I pretty much agree on all the advice you give to me and others.

NeuroNeptunian- I love the rather smart and funny advice you give others. When I first seen the comments that you gave, I thought you were older than you really are. I really am some what jealous of your intelligance. You are really a strong girl or I should say woman at your age too. Glad I entertained you in the chat room also.

djpatties- Don't say you don't give good advice. When I first started my account on here you really had helped me and I know you didn't know that. I had kept myself somewhat hidden at the time. You have to be the best troll on here though... you are really funny. I also enjoy talking to you in the chat room.

Jweezee- You are also a sweetheart too. :) I enjoy your funny and smart comments. You really remind me of one of my old guy friends too... really enjoyed his company.

Wigsplitz- I enjoy your "mean" somewhat smart alecie comments. You really are a nice woman though and truely funny. I like your honestness that you have and I know for sure nobody can get in your way.

Chewy- You were one of the first people I saw in the IIN chat when I came 'back' to the site. It's a pity that for most of the time that we've known each other, we've had spats over the dumbest things. Glad we get along much better now!

DannyKanes- You bring to this site what this site lacks at times: happiness and cheer. It's good to see someone with such a positive attitude. I think it has a kind of ''rub off'' effect on the site as a whole. I appreciate that. Keep it up!

Aussiewolf- Aussie, I don't know what has happened lately. We used to talk and joke a lot. But I'd love to patch things up. If I catch you in the chat, I'd love to talk. And yes, just like the other chat regulars, I <3 you too!

Wow, my comment is going to feel subpar compared to all yours, but I'd pretty much like to thank everyone! I'm not going to try naming all the people and giving reasons (cause everyone else already did that for me). Instead, I'd like to say that without everyone being on this site, I wouldn't have learned some new things, have comments on my polls and stories, and this site just wouldn't be fun without everyone being here.

I love most of the users on here. Everyone adds their own unique flavor to this site. This site is like a decadent dish. If you leave some flavors out of it or add new ingredients, it won't taste the same every time, but it'll still be good.

VsegdaTemnata (or however her name is spelled) commented on one of my posts, to be honest I thought she seemed rude at first, but she didn't quite understand me until I explained better, then she seemed nicer.

I think sometimes people forget the numbers in my username, which is my birthday to be exact. Should I change it to something easier to remember?

Anyway, I've always liked Simon's comments on my posts and my conversations with him. I love Aussie's cupcake story lol. I like Avant Garde and angel_in_a_glass_dress's comments on my Al Pacino post, and I talked to CoverYourEars once and I think he/she likes Bayside too :)
