Is it normal the hair on my body literally twitches?

Hi, for a while, i thought this feeling was just a sensation i got from nerve anomalies, like just the "skin crawing" sensation. But the tiny hairs on my body accually twitch! I took a second in my dark room to look at my arm with my phones light because i kept thinking "theres gotta be something crawing on my arm right now!" But i just stared and every few seconds, a different hair will twitch in a single direction. It feels like what happens with goosebumps where hair is raised with bumps except with this, the skin doesnt raise and its a very fast twitch motion in any direction. Ive noticed i get this all over my body where i have hair, even inside my nose which kept me thinking it was alergies but maybe its not now. Is something microscopic in my hair follicles thats moving them or something? Or a nerve disorder? Wtf???

I dunno, but it sounds intriguingly uncomfortable.
