Is it normal the thought of aliens freaks me out?

When I was 6 years old I saw the movie Signs and it completely freaked me out. Well now here we are years later and I still haven't gotten over that movie. When ever the subject of aliens comes up I start to sweat a little bit and sometimes even shake. I've had awful dreams of aliens invading my house that look just like the aliens in the movie signs.IIN?

    Signs it's just a movie. It's fictional. The thought of aliens should fascinate you instead. Just because they were like that in a movie doesn't mean they are like that in real life.

    Yes. As much as I long to travel to other planets, the thought of actually seeing a Alien scares me:/ What if I end up meeting the wrong sort instead of the right kind? What if I meet the ones that impregnate humans or the ones that treat humans like we treat lab rats?

    If it puts your mind at rest, most aliens will resemble the mould under your kitchen sink. As did humans once (before we evolved).
