I was looking for electronics on ebay. In my search it randomly gave me one of those "As seen on tv" products in the line up. It was a bottle of pills for breast inhacement. Someone is selling pills on ebay? I mean is this even legal? I found this shocking! Someone is actually selling pills they got off an ad on ebay. I also found it incredibly funny.
They've got a whole category for dietary supplements, I don't see how it matters whether they're in pill form, powder or whatever.
Since ebay is people selling stuff they want to get rid of. If it is not a licensed person selling I do not believe it is legal. If it is not one that means someone bought something off tv ad and resold it on the internet. Which is ironic. If that is the case.
Okay, I see what you're saying, but that's only partly true. Alot of people sell on a eBay as a business, not just as some a kind of digital garage sale.
Of course you're right that they likely don't posses any kind of license, but as far as I know, none is required to sell non-prescription supplements.
Of course ebay is a giant scam anyway, I wouldn't touch it with a ten-foot pole.
