Is it normal things often feel more important during nightime?
If I think about something worrying or unsettling during daytime I can usually quickly move on, but if I first start thinking about it during nighttime I can obsess about it for hours straight, and maybe even after falling asleep and dream about it. It also doesn't necessarily have to be a "worry" either, but can be something like a scene in a movie or content of a song, that suddenly just makes so much more impression and feel more important when its night and you're supposed to sleep.
