Is it normal to always click 'yes it's normal' if i do it.

Without even reflecting on what I've just read, if I can relate to it I'll click Yes It's Normal, even if it's actually something fucked.

I guess I take the button as Yes It's Normal in my life, even if fucked to society.

Does everyone do it?

Perhaps you should read the definition of "normal" in a dictionary and go from there.
The site isn't "is it; good, bad, the same as you, or even right or wrong", it is; "is it normal".

If it's something that isn't too weird, I might click yes just to balance out the people who say no. But I do a lot of things that aren't normal, so I don't do it often.

I vote "normal" on things which I think are ok to do, even if they're not strictly normal.

  • The term "normal" should only be used in a certain context that describes the outcome or consequence of a certain chemical or physical reaction that can be explained scientifically. For example: "Is it normal for a glass to shatter when you drop it on a hard surface?" Yes, it is normal.

The term normal is used incorrectly when trying to justify, accept or embrace a certain ideology or general opinion about a certain social behavior, action or trait.
The correct term to be used here would be "acceptable" or "unacceptable".
For example: "Is it acceptable for someone to like a certain color, a certain gender, a certain lifestyle?" "Yes, it's acceptable", or, "No, it's unacceptable."
The terms "normal" or "abnormal" are used incorrectly in situations like this: " Is it normal to be gay? "
Normality or abnormality shouldn't be determined by the minority or majority opinion unless it can be scientifically proved, in any other case, the term "acceptance" comes as an alternative, if it fits the situation and a a scientific point of view is unnecessary
because it doesn't show a certain biological trait ingrained in the genetic built or a consequence or effect of a chemical or physical event.
