Is it normal to always feel 10 years younger than my age?

For some reason I always feel 10 years younger than my age. I can't connect at all with people my age on the same level of maturity. I feel more comfortable with people who are at least 10 years younger than me. A lot has happened to me in the past few years but I still feel exactly the same how I did 10 years ago.
