Is it normal to always have the same position on a keyboard?

I've always held my fingers on the A S and D letters with my left hand, and the right hand on my mouse. Couple of my friends told me that it's just not normal and nobody does it. I don't see the problem, so I'll ask you. is it normal to hold my fingers on the same position on the keyboard?

    I must use the arrow keys a lot because where I used to work, I had worn a place on the keyboard where my fingers rest.

    Haha I always place my fingers on qwer and my mouse because I use to play League of Legends^^

    My left hand is placed on A D W spacebar and shift and right on the mouse of course funny enough it seems to be automatic i just have to put my hand on the keyboard and my hand just lays the same place everytime...

    you play fps's on the pc right?
