Is it normal to argue as loudly as possible in the middle of the god damn night in the middle of a god damn apartment complex when people are trying to sleep you definitely druggie absolute wastes of oxygen?

    Yeah ive had neighbours like that. Worst ones I had like 10 years ago and they were always yelling and throwing things. I think they got evicted one day.
