Is it normal to be 5'8 and just over 6st?

I have always been very slim when I was younger, despite me eating normally. Recently my weight has decreased from 7st to just over 6st. I am a woman and quite tall (5'8). Personally I don't see any problem but friends and family have pointed it out. Is it normal to be 5'8 and 6st? Comments are also appreciated.

Are you serious?? I had to look it up, correct if i'm wrong but that's 84lbs(38kg)? I'm the same height as you and 'slim' at 135lbs!!! you are definitely underweight and i can't imagine it's healthy, what does your doctor say?

Only the British would need a unit of exactly 14 pounds and call it stone. It's the most unhelpful namesake ever. Imagine I invented a unit called "animal". How much is that? 1 pound? 70 pounds? 1 ton?

Six stone is actually a bit underweight for a tall person.

Some people are just naturally that skinny. As long as you're eating properly, don't worry about what people say. You could always do some kind of light weight lifting or something if you wanted to add a little more structure to your frame.

It's not normal to lose that much weight quickly so if you don't know why you need to see a doctor asap

That's really underweight, but as long as you're eating normally and exercising properly then you should be fine.
