Is it normal to be able to shift your knuckle back and forth?

My middle knuckle on each hand has a little tendon that i can move from side to side. Am I double-jointed, or can everyone else do it?

  • Normal. My arms and legs are double-jointed and can bend back further when I out-stretch them. Lots of people can do weird shit like that.

  • When I toar my pinky tendon during my car accident I was able to it was like my nuckle would shift almost looked like it was popping out of place it was disgusting. It would happen when I’d go to put my hand in a fist but once I go back to being flat it goes back to normal. So I’ve kinda experienced something like that but it’s not something I can normally do. Makes me wonder if you have something different about your tendon, well def got some talent.
