Is it normal to be addicted to cracking/popping your neck and back?
I'm a fourteen year old female, and I pop my back and neck every chance I get. I've found out that I can only do it every thirty to forty minutes, though. Whenever I do it in class, people can hear it all the way in the back. (I sit in the front row) I've read somewhere that it can be psychologically addicting, and I'm afraid that may be my case. Although, lately my neck and back have been hurting, and they are not popping as much/loudly/often as before. I'm scared something may be wrong. Is all of this normal?
