Is it normal to be afraid of ghosts

Whenever I'm alone at home I hate it! Because I always have this fear that I'm not alone. I don't know if ghosts are real or not but it scares me to think they are... That they watch me. Is it normal to feel haunted in this way? If I saw ever saw a ghost or felt anything like paranormal activity movie I would probably kill myself, easy way out. Is that normal?

I don't really believe in ghosts but I don't completely rule out the possibility. My thing is, unless they physically cause me harm, then I don't care. They're gonna have to rape me or something to get my attention.

I'm scared of them too. I used to look up photos of ghosts and it would always make me paranoid. I'm worried that I might offend one or encounter a demon. Though, dying fascinates me, the idea of meeting a ghost really freaks me out.

I believe in ghosts. I am afraid like you are and always have been. If I ever thought my place was haunted I be making plans to move the hell out.

Ys..ghosts are very scary! Maybe you should stay away from movies like Paranormal Activity. Things usually happen slowly though, spirits give plenty of warnings before they become aggressive...I wouldn't worry. My dogs bark a lot of times at a noise outside that I can't hear. They have very good hearing.

I get paranoid about that when I'm home alone, even though I'm not totally sure if I believe in ghosts. However, killing myself is irrational and out of the question, I'd simply move to a new house

Every time im alone in the house my dog stares at the door that is right beside the couch that im sitting on. I dont know whether its my dog just being crazy or a ghost but he does it. And then the cat stares too. I saw things when i was little and things as i grew up... things you cannot explain. But i got used to it and have always believed in them. And whilst me my mother and brother have experienced things in the house we're not bothered because it has happened so often.

Normal to be scared but be rational about it.

No. Grow some rationality. There is no reason for ghosts to exist, or for them to hurt you if they did.

  • Ghosts are not real. There is no "soul" that survives death. The human brain is a 100% physical device, and when it dies, the individual ceases to exist.

    Demons ARE real, however.

Actually spirits exist because im pretty sure it was scientifically proven that Dogs can see them and when a dog is barking at nothing, it really is a spirit or ghost.

    • When a dog is barking at "nothing", it is something that is simply too well camouflaged for your world-weary human eyes (or nose) to pick up on.
