Is it normal to be afraid of hanging my art pictures on the wall?

I'm just afraid to show my family my art, I'm not brave enough, I don't know why but i'm just so scared and embarrassed for some reason. Anyways should I just go ahead and just hang them up on my bedroom wall or no? If I get over 10 yes votes then it means you guys have dared me to "just do it" ahh this is sooo scary (:O

    If it's, like, a blue line on an otherwise blank canvas, toss that shit in the trash.

      umm its hard to say, my little sisters reckon they look "wow" but I can't trust them

        Well in my opinion, If you think they're good, even just a little bit. You should go for it and hang them or show them or anything. Caring about people's opinions too much won't get you far in anything you wanna do, I know it is easier said than done but after all this is your family so it shouldn't be too bad. And you might get a better reaction than you ever imagined!
        So i think you should really go for it!
